The Indian Naval Armament Act
1Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Indian Naval Armament Act, 1923.
1[(2) It extends to the whole of India except 2[the territories which, immediately before the 1st November, 1956, were comprised in Part B States].]
(3) It shall come into force on such date3 as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
