4Validation

Anything done or any action taken on or after the 1st day of March, 1984 and before the commencement of this Act for the purposes of elections to the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Mizoram shall be deemed to be, and to have always been, as validly and effectively done or taken as if the provisions of the principal Act as amended by section 3 had been in force at all material times.
