20Construction of orders, etc., issued under enactments

Where, by any 1[Central Act] or Regulation, a power to issue any 2[notification], order, scheme, rule, form, or bye-law is conferred, then expressions used in the 2[notification], order, scheme, rule, form or bye-law, if it is made after the commencement of this Act, shall, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, have the same respective meanings as in the Act or Regulation conferring the power.
