82Mode of recovery of unpaid wages
1[82. Mode of recovery of unpaid wages.--Any sum required to be paid by an employer, under his Chapter but not paid by him shall be recoverable as delayed wages under the provisions of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (4 of 1936).]
