110Establishment of Appellate Tribunal
The Central Government shall, by notification, establish an Appellate Tribunal to be known as the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity to hear appeals against the orders of the adjudicating officer or the Appropriate Commission 1 [under this Act or any other law for the time being in force].
