5Appointment of officers and other employees of National Authority.

¹[5. Appointment of officers and other employees of National Authority.--- (1) The National Authority may, with the previous approval of the Central Government, specify the number, nature and category of officers and other employees, as is necessary to carry out its functions.
(2) The National Authority may also appoint experts and consultants as necessary to perform its functions.
(3) The salaries and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions of service of officers, other employees, experts and consultants of the National Authority, shall be such as may be prescribed by the Central Government.]
