(1) The Chairman or in
his absence the Deputy Chairman shall preside at every meeting of the Standing Committee, the 1[Wards
Committee] or any other committee of the Corporation.
(2) In the absence of the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman from any meeting the members of any
such committee shall choose one 2[from amongst the councillors] to preside over the meeting.
