(1) Every owner of a specified dam shall
establish a hydro-meteorological station in the vicinity of each specified dam capable of recording such
data as may be specified by the regulations.
(2) Every owner of the specified dam shall collect compile process and store data referred to in subsection (1) at a suitable location.
