(1) The Foreigners Law (Application and Amendment) Ordinance,
1962 (5 of 1962), is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall
be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act and commenced on the 26th
October, 1962.
