(1) This Act may be called the Cinematograph
Act, 1952.
(2) Parts I, II and IV extends to the whole of India 1* * * and Part III extends to 2

(3) This Act shall come into force on such date3
as the Central Government may, by notification in
the Official Gazette, appoint:
