1[3E. Establishment of Sindhu Central University.--
There shall be established a University,
which shall be a body corporate, to be known as the Sindhu Central University, having its territorial
jurisdiction extending to the whole of the Union territory of Ladakh, as specified in the First Schedule to
this Act].
