An Inspector may, for the purposes of inspecting or examining a
boiler or any steam-pipe attached thereto or to ensure the compliance of the provisions of this Act, rules
and regulations made thereunder, at all reasonable times, enter any place or building within the limits of
the area for which he has been appointed, in which he has reason to believe that a boiler is in use.
