35Saving

Anything done, any action taken or any degree or other academic distinction conferred by the University before the commencement of this Act shall, notwithstanding any change made by this Act in the constitution of the Court, Executive Council, Academic Council, or any other authority of the University, be valid as if such thing were done, action were taken or degree or other academic distinction were conferred under the provisions of the principal Act as amended by this Act.
