Captain Williamson Sangma Technical University Act, 2011 (Act No. 17 of 2011)

An Act to establish and incorporate a University in the State, with emphasis on providing high quality and industry relevant education in the areas of engineering, physical sciences, life sciences, technology, including technical, and related areas sponsored by the State Government through regular and distance education mode and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
