Whereas it is expedient to consolidate in one Act the provisions for levy of tolls upon public roads and bridges in 1the 2Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir in respect of men, animals, vehicles, machinery, commodities and goods in any form whatsoever ; It is hereby enacted as follows :—
